Arrive at the Bangalore international airport. After a traditional ‘Swagat’ (Welcome) our representative would assist you at the airport. Later board the vehicle and transfer to Mysore. Upon arrival we check in to the hotel. Mysore used to be the capital city of Kingdom of Mysore and now it is the 3rd largest city of Indian state Karnataka. It is situated at the base of the Chamundi Hills. (Meals: Nil)
After breakfast we will visit to Srirangapatna – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will visit Dariya Daulat Bagh – the summer palace of Tipu Sultan built of Teak wood in Indo-Muslim architectural style within a well-manicured garden. We also visit Ranganathaswamy Temple – an intricately carved temple dedicated to Shri Ranganathaswamy, presiding deity of Srirangapatna. After the visit we return to Mysore and start exploring the city. We will visit Mysore City Palace, a historical palace considered to be one of the largest palaces in India and royal residence of Wadiyar dynasty, it is fine example of Indo-Saracenic architecture. Later we will visit Chamundi hills – a Hindu pilgrimage site. (Meals: Breakfast)
After breakfast we drive to the wildlife destination of Bandipur and upon arrival check in the jungle lodges. Bandipur National Park is one of India’s premier wildlife destinations, renowned for its rich biodiversity and scenic forest landscapes. Part of the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve, the park is home to elephants, tigers, leopards, gaur, deer, and over 200 species of birds. Afternoon we participate in a thrilling wildlife safari by exclusive jeep through its dense forests which offers an unforgettable opportunity to experience nature and observe wildlife in their natural habitat. Today early morning we enjoy another wildlife safari into the national park and explore its rich flora and faunal collections. Late morning we leave the forests and drive to Hassan – the gateway to Karnataka’s renowned Hoysala heritage, offering easy access to the magnificent temples of Belur and Halebeedu. Today morning we discover the ancient temple cities of Belur and Halebeedu. We will visit some of the oldest temples constructed during Hoysala dynasty and learn the stories behind these monuments, some of which are around 1,000 years old and get to know about the Hindu gods worshiped in these temples. Today we drive to Hospet, the gateway to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hampi. This vibrant town serves as the perfect base for exploring the spectacular ruins of the Vijayanagara Empire, with its ancient temples, royal enclosures, and fascinating archaeological treasures. Upon arrival we will check in to the hotel. Rest of the day is free to explore the town on your own. (Meals: Breakfast)
Today we will explore the ruins of the historic town of Hampi. Hampi sightseeing takes you through one of India’s most extraordinary UNESCO World Heritage Sites, where the grandeur of the Vijayanagara Empire comes alive amidst a dramatic landscape of giant granite boulders. Discover architectural masterpieces including the Virupaksha Temple, Vittala Temple with its iconic Stone Chariot, the Lotus Mahal, Elephant Stables, and the Royal Enclosure. Every monument tells a story of a glorious past, making Hampi a fascinating blend of history, heritage, and breathtaking scenery. (Meals: Breakfast)
After breakfast we will drive to Badami and upon arrival we will check in to the hotel. Badami is a historic town in the Indian state of Karnataka, known for its rich cultural heritage and ancient rock-cut cave temples. Afternoon we start sightseeing to visit Malegitti Shivalaya temple – located at the top of a hill above Badami Fort overlooking the Agastya Lake. Later we visit Badami Cave Temples – carved out of massive sandstone cliffs, these caves are created by Badami Chalukyas in 6th & 7th centuries and are perfect examples of fine cross between Nagara (north Indian) and the Dravidian (south Indian) styles of architectures. Today we leave for the west towards the beach destination of Goa. Upon arrival we will check in to the hotel. Rest of the day is free for independent activities. Goa is a beautiful coastal state on the western coast of India, famous for its golden beaches, vibrant culture, and Portuguese heritage. Known as one of India’s most popular tourist destinations, Goa offers a unique blend of scenic landscapes, historic churches, colorful festivals, and delicious seafood. Visitors can enjoy activities such as water sports, sightseeing, shopping, and exploring wildlife sanctuaries. (Meals: Breakfast)
Today we have full day free to relax at the golden beaches of Goa and enjoy the sun and the sea. We also have the option of participating in a full day Goa sightseeing whereby we will explore the beautiful churches and temples of North Goa and visit some of the local markets. The optional sightseeing can be arranged on direct payment basis. (Meals: Breakfast)
This morning we will be transferred to the Goa international airport for our flight back to home country. (Meals: Breakfast)
